Most icons used for toolbar items are not available from Icon
Services. It's best if all of your icons have the same style, so
unless you can get all of your toolbar icons from Icon Services (and
they have the same look) or you have an icon designer who does icons
with the same look, it's better to provide all of them yourself. I've
seen toolbars with icons that individually looked fine, but together
looked odd because they had different styles.
