Xcode problem before building

  • Subject: Xcode problem before building

When I build a project I get the following error (in a dialogue box):

"Not Writable! - MacOS - /Developer/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents"

If I select "Dont Save" the code seems to build. But it is still a little irritating to see the box pop up all the time.

This happens only if I use Vim as an external editor!!

Anyone encountered the same problem? Know how I can fix this?

Xcode ver: 2.3
Mac OS X ver: 10.4.9

Thanks
Hrishi
