Hello,
I've run into some issues dealing with making symbols visible using the "#pragma GCC visibility push(default)" preprocessor command. In about 90% of my code it's setting proper visibility, but occasionally certain symbols are still hidden. If I turn off  GCC_SYMBOLS_PRIVATE_EXTERN  linking works as expected, so I know they're being compiled. Any suggestions for further ways to debug this issue? I do see the symbols in the object code when I use NM, and using OTOOL I do NOT see the symbols in the dylib (provided I activate GCC_SYMBOLS_PRIVATE_EXTERN).

Does this happen only for Release builds or in Debug builds too? GCC_INLINES_ARE_PRIVATE_EXTERN could swallow some symbols.
