LIFO window switching?

Hi all,

I'm new to XCode, porting a Codewarrior project to Intel. I'm learning the
ropes here, so far so good.

A couple usability questions:

Is there a LIFO window switching option for the "Viwe|Next/Previous File"
commands in XCode or the general Apple-~ shortcut, ala OSX's Apple-arrow app
switching? That would be really great for me, feels much more intuitive to
be able to quickly switch back and forth between the most recently viewed
files without having to keep track of a fixed stack order.

In lieu of that, is there a key binding to open particular files or windows?
In CW I remember Apple-number keys were assigned to the first 10 open
windows, so you could, for example, always pop-up the project window by
pressing Apple-zero by making sure it was the first window opened.

Thanks,
Michael
