Build for Tiger on Leopard?

Hi there,

Soon I'll finally get my hands on the Leopard Early Start Kit, and am looking forward to reaping the benefits of Xcode 3. I use AppleScript mostly to construct my apps, and was wondering if I could harness the power of Xcode 3 to build AppleScript apps that run natively on Leopard and Tiger? Also - will there be any conflict with Interface Builder nib's that are built on Leopard running on Tiger?

Any help is appreciated,
Ricky D'Amelio
