You have to define your variable in "PREPROCESSOR MACRO" field in the
project settings and use #ifdef in your code.

I added "-dtest" in "Other C Flags".
Now written following code in main function:
#if (defined(test))
printf("additional compiler flag===\n");
#endif
But nothing is getting printed. How should I proceed?
