Any extension declared in a CFBundleDocumentTypes entry with
LSTypeIsPackage set to true, such as .xcodeproj.
I suppose I wasn't specific enough. Yes, I understand that anyone can
declare nearly any extension to be associated with a package.
I am only interested in those extensions that were defined by Apple
to be packages.
I cannot seem to locate a complete list.
