In fairness, that is not what the ADC Prototype Software and
Confidentiality Agreement says, and this is far from obvious from the
ADC Member Site - why things which aren't covered by non-disclosure
are even made available through the member site and not as
straightforward downloads is beyond me, I have to say.
There is nothing in any official channel which says you have the right
to make this assertion.
I have repeatedly expressed my concern about these issues through a
variety of channels at ADC, over a period of years, and they have gone
unheeded.
Perhaps you could raise it internally.
