That is completely dependent on the architecture of whatever
diagramming program you're targeting. Obviously, you could sit down,
write a bunch of classes, and package them up in a framework for
others to use in their own diagramming programs. If you want to write
shapes/stencils for a specific program then you'll have to create them
in whatever format that program expects. Xcode wouldn't be what you
would want for that.
You seem to be a bit unclear on the concept of what AppleScript Studio
and Xcode as a whole are and how modular programs are constructed.
Xcode is a development environment for writing applications and other
executable code for the Mac. AppleScript Studio, being a part of
Xcode, fulfills the same goal. AppleScript studio in particular is
meant to bridge the gap between AppleScript and 'true' programming
environments. As such, it has all the limitations of AppleScript,
which mean that it doesn't really make sense to create loadable
components using AppleScript Studio.
