You can't build code that uses the 10.5 SDK without Xcode 3, and Xcode 3 requires 10.5, so I think you're out of luck.

Hi,

I have an Xserve running 10.4.10 Server and Xcode 2.5, and I use this for automated nightly builds.

I have added a Quick Look generator target to my project, which builds just fine on my 10.5 MBP with Xcode 3.

I copied the 10.5 sdk from my MBP to the Xserve. I tried to use the 10.5 sdk install pkg from a Leopard install disk, however the 10.4 installer would not open it.

I am now seeing an issue where the pre-compiled header includes Carbon/Carbon.h, and deep in the included frameworks the file _stdarg.h is not found, amongst others.

Should I be able to build a Quick Look generator on a 10.4.10 Server system? If so, what extra files do I need to install ?

Thanks

Douglas
