Empty Class Browser with 10.4 SDK target

If I configure a project to build to the Mac OS X 10.4 (Universal) SDK in Xcode 3.0, and rebuild the Code Sense index, there is nothing in the index - thus no Class Browser contents or auto-complete stuff that needs that index. Is there a problem with Code Sense trying to find the 10.4 headers? Is there a fix to allow populating that index?

(If I remove any special SDK - use the "current OS" - Code Sense builds the index fine.)
