No, It's not just you. I guess the rest of us just think that this is clearly such a low priority with the Xcode team that there's no point complaining.


The workaround I use is:

1. close the TOC if it's open (you lose the "open page in browser" pop- up menu item with frames)
2. right-click and select "open page in browser"
4. show TOC in browser


I'm used to Safari's navigation, so I just view the html docs there.
