Linking problem

  • Subject: Linking problem

When I attempt to link the debug build of our application, I'm getting the following link error:

/usr/libexec/gcc/i686-apple-darwin8/4.0.1/ld: can't vm_allocate() buffer for output file of size 1874953444 ((os/kern) no space available)

While this seems like a large allocation, it should be doable even with my 32-bit 10.4 installation.

Any suggestions? I can link a release build, but sure would like to be able to debug like a normal developer again sometime soon.

Brad
