+1....new version of Xcode does not play as nice s 2.4.x
We've gone back to command-line...which works flawlessly.

problem is that Xcode 3.0 SCM system works well only if
sources and Xcode project situate in the same directory
that's why none of my projects works well with Xcode 3 SCM system
and all of them worked fine with Xcode 2.4 SCM
BBedit 8.7.1 works fine (CVS and SVN) for me
command line tools cvs/svn work fine too
so it's Xcode's issue
I think it's a serious problem
I reported bug few weeks ago
hope it will be fixed in the future
