+1....new version of Xcode does not play as nice s 2.4.x
We've gone back to command-line...which works flawlessly.

-------------------- problem is that Xcode 3.0 SCM system works well only if sources and Xcode project situate in the same directory

that's why none of my projects works well with Xcode 3 SCM system
and all of them worked fine with Xcode 2.4 SCM
BBedit 8.7.1 works fine (CVS and SVN) for me
command line tools cvs/svn work fine too
so it's Xcode's issue

I think it's a serious problem
I reported bug few weeks ago
hope it will be fixed in the future
