Debugger & Data Formatters

  • Subject: Debugger & Data Formatters

I'm trying to debug a short little program - but I can't tell what the value of the data is for any of my variables.

I'm only using standard objects (in this case NSNumber (holding int) & NSMutableArray) and have turned on data formatters in the menu. The formatter itself is showing up in the "summary" cell - so I know that it's there.. but it doesn't evaluate. The only information I get is a memory location - which isn't terribly helpful.

I'm using the current release of Xcode.

Anyone run into this before & know how to fix it?
