Is this supposed to apply to Xcode 2.5 on Tiger, or is that version not going to get updated documentation?

If neither Check Now or automatic updating is getting you updated files as of today, then please file a bug. Just yesterday we released a doc update that should show up for you.

Any configuration info you can provide in the bug will be helpful.
