Xcode 2.5 (on Leopard) missing QuartzComposer.palette?

Hi all,
I've got an Xcode 2.4 project I'd like to develop under Leopard. This
app uses two third party IB palettes and the QuartzComposer.palette
from /Developer/Extras, so I cannot jump to Xcode 3/IB 3 just yet.
I've installed Xcode 2.5 on Leopard to get the old Interface Builder.
The IB on Leopard seems to use my two third-party palettes, but I've
noticed that QuartzComposer.palette is not in /Xcode2.5/Extras. Is
this just an oversight, or is there a reason why
QuartzComposer.palette was not included? I've copied the palette from
my Tiger install into ~/Library/Palettes and it seems to work fine,
but am I asking for trouble with this?
BTW, I have not yet installed Xcode 2.5 on 10.4 so I don't know if it
gets installed on Tiger but not Leopard for some reason.
