SenTestingKit framework

All,

I am running Xcode 3.0 and want to write some unit tests. But, I can't seem to find the Sen framework in either /Library/Frameworks, or / System/Library/Framworks. I've had a look on the Leopard DVD, and it doesn't seem to be there either. Can someone point me in the right direction please? Thanks!
