With Xcode 2.5/3.0, paths to resources historically kept in the / Developer directory are now parameterized with read-only build variables. I seem to remember that early release notes for the new tools listed those variables and documented them.

Where are they documented now? A search of Google and the Developer Tools Reference doesn't turn anything up.
