Same here.
checked that the url is reachable (in case its a network problem but
feed://developer.apple.com/rss/adcdocsets.atom is accessible in safari.
No update seems possible. It does say that updates are available for
Core Reference, Dev Tools and Webobjects. It also shows a get button
next to 3 Java docsets but, none work.
all i get for all my attempts is
Failed to download documentation package for Core Reference Library.
file doesn’t exist

At least you can update manually. I can't update at all. Clicking
Gear->Documentation Set Updates->Update All Sets Now does nothing.
I'm still stuck with revision 200 of my docsets.
