ScrollBar in TextView (Interface Builder)

What would be the proper list for this

I am using FutureBASIC and Interface Builder

I tried the FB list they aren't responding

All I want to do is either use a TextView or Edit Field

and attach a scroll bar to it

I assume this is possible? Is it possible to do this in the NIB instead of in code?
