Removes the framesets where? I'm still seeing framesets. Here, for example:

Furthermore, as shown in Xcode (though not on the Web), this doc is
unreadable because some of the info in the right frame has moved off the
frame to the left (i.e. stuff from the right frame is hidden under left
frame).
