We have released updated doc sets to address these problems with our last release:

Is there any way that these will be available for separate download, or are doc sets only going to be downloadable through Xcode? I will next month be returning to a country where internet downloads are charged by the megabyte. There, I get someone else to download files for me. If he's not a Mac user or developer, how can he download the files for me?

Just a plea to remember that not all developers are in western countries with good, fast, cheap internet access!

John,

There is a link in the Dec. 21 ADC News <http://developer.apple.com/ adcnews/> to the downloadable doc set. Mysteriously, there is no link from the downloads area of the ADC member site.
