How to remove depracated custom Class in nib?

I copied a nib from an old project. The old project had a custom class which is not defined in the new project. This nonexistent custom class still shows up in the Class popup menu of IB 3.0's Identity Inspector.

This will confuse other people who look at my nib.

How can I remove this nonexistent class from the popup menu? File > Read Class Files seems to only add classes.
