Almost certainly not. Why do you believe it's more likely to be a bug in GCC than in your own code?


Unless I'm missing something, you're not looking for help with Xcode 2.4 as the subject suggests, but with a crash you're having on Intel. Am I missing something? For what it's worth, you should address the issue of your concern when you post questions. The real issue you're having is a crash when running on Intel, but you started the thread with no mention of that, asking about changes in GCC instead. If you have reasons to suspect GCC is at fault, you should have offered those reasons initially.
