Interface Builder

Hi,

I am new to this list and to XCode.
If there is a list specifically for Interface Builder or some other list
that is more appropriate please tell me.
I am using Interface Builder 2.5.4 and I was wandering two things

1) How do I put a picture in my window
2) How do I get my button to be the 'default' button?
