The defined symbols are DEFINITELY being exported by the application (development build) as 'nm' shows it.

It has to be asked: nm marks these symbols with a 'T', and not a 't', right? The latter are not exported.

They are all listed as 't'. The variable 'activeView' is listed as 'd'.
So my problem is therefore, for some reason, the app isn't exporting them?
But I am using an export file (is the extension important?).

Finally got it (I hope).
Started using '__attribute__((visibility("default")))'
The plugin is now linking to it.
Thanks got help.
