Well, I'm not being very concrete, because you haven't shared all the details of your current set up (not necessary). But, for example, if your current arrangement is three Xcode projects (one for each program, a third for the framework, linked to both the program projects), and you simply copy the framework sources into each of the two program projects, then there would be two copies. OTOH, if your current arrangements are all in a single project, and the various programs and frameworks are separated only by being separate targets within the project, then you're not likely to fall into this trap as you rearrange.
