I had this problem when using svn+ssh URLs with Xcode. Using straight svn or http(s) URLs seemed to fix it.

I finally decided that my projects should be under REAL source control, so I decided to go with Subversion.
I followed the instructions at: http://developer.apple.com/tools/subversionxcode.html, setting my repository up as locally hosted, and everthing seemed to go fine. Using svnX, it looks like my repository and working copy are as they should be.
The problem comes when I tell Xcode what I'm doing.
When I set the "SCM System:" popup to "Subversion" and click the "Enable SCM" checkbox, an Internal Error window pops up telling me:
Uncaught Exception:
*** -[NSCFArray addObject:]: attempt to insert nil
Stack Backtrace:
The stack backtrace has been logged to the console.
I'll include the stack backtrace at the end of the message. I don't see anything in it that helps me.
I thought maybe there was something screwy with my project, so I created a test Cocoa Application and immediately added it to Subversion. Same problem.
If I set the SCM System to CVS, no problem. But then, I'm not running CVS. :)
