<http://www.apple.com/support/tiger/> has some links to system updates on
the right. One of them takes you here:

<http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/macosx10410updatev11intel.html>

This will give you "Mac OS X 10.4.10 Update v1.1". You can update build
8R2218 to 8R2232 using this.
