The pbxproj file is the only file that really needs to be under
version control. The other files contain per-user preferences that
some developers like to check in, and others don't. You can find a
thing or two in the per-user files that might be of interest to
persist in SCM, most notably custom executables, but perhaps also
things like per-project SCM config.
OK, thanks. Everyone else can have their own versions built on their
own machines.
