Converting a Makefile project to Xcode

Hi

I have a project that currently builds using a Makefile but I want to
convert it over to using Xcode, after a google search I found a
project called ConvertMake (http://convertmake.increw.org) that seemed
to do what I wanted, however it doesn't seem available for download,
the download links to a non-existent file.

I there another way that I can convert a Makefile based project over to Xcode?

I've seen that I can use the Makefile to get Xcode to build the
project, but I want to use Xcode fully.

Cheers

Adam
