No. Very sorry. In fact I didn't even equate the new preferred locale
names with that problem until you mentioned it. I had the problem for
a while, and then it went away. Some times I do clean out
the .pbxuser and .mode1 files in the .xcodeproj but don't know if
that has anything to do with it.
