It is a preview release of 2.5 not the final release. I wouldn't
attempt to use it on a production system just yet but if at all
possible you should try it out to assist Apple in finding issues.
The release notes outline the intent of Xcode 2.5.
Also if you read the release notes it implies that the developer
preview, like all developer previews, is subject to the standard ADC
account NDA.
