I think TextMate has something like this, and a whole lot more...

All,
I'm trying to workout if there is a shortcut for writing a new
method. Say I have the following code:
[NSString alloc]
and my caret is at the end of the line; I'm looking for a shortcut
that will prefix the preceding object with another opening square
bracket, so that I am then able to write a new method call, like so:
[[NSString alloc]
I've had a look through the Xcode preferences, and done a search on
the web, but I can't seem to find anything. It's a difficult thing
to describe, so I may just be searching for the wrong terms! Any
guidance appreciated.
