Greeting Xcoders:

I'm building an external target with a make file.

Is there any way that I can make Xcode show me all the output from the terminal window, the make file I use has a lot of very useful output that it produces along the way to making the target.

Open up the Build Transcript.  Click the third button from the right in the split between the Build Steps and the editor window—the one that looks like a little text icon—and an additional split bar and pane will appear.  Open that up and you get the entire makefile output.
