Problems building JNI

Hello!

I am wrote a JNI and used the JNI Application template that XCode provides for a start. The Java application is managed in Eclipse in several packages and I also need to specify a package for the JNIWrapper class. But if I do so, the header build phase fails because the wrapper class cannot be found. What settings do I have to change in order for XCode to find the class in the JAR file created in the previous build phase?
