Well, that was a pretty dumb thing to say (if I do say so myself). The
springs must be right, because manually dragging the grow area works just
fine.
So, Xcode has a lot of direct AppleScript support, without resorting to GUI
Scripting. Have you had any luck trying to change size-related settings in
that fashion? I see from the Xcode dictionary that the 'content size' (the
size of the content of the scroll view) in the Container View Suite is
read-only. But what happens if you change some of the properties in the Text
View Suite, such as the 'maximum size', 'text container inset' or 'text
container origin'?
