sorry i am not a programmer , just researching and a mac guy since 1994,but i like to know where should i start when i like to create a programm and have just a protocol description ?
like this example for protocol header :

Do i need to translate it to commands ? could this be done in xcode ? or what would be the workaround, or todo ?
