This particular error message suggests that you still have a PPC-only copy
of WebKit.framework, or parts thereof, somewhere in your project.
The pathname is quite specific:
/Users/weitzner/Documents/Fox Chase/ProtBuD/ProtBuD proj/WebKit.framework/WebKit
I suggest that you go look at that pathname and see what's there. Use 'ls
-la' in Terminal if you have to.
If there is indeed a WebKit.framework folder and contents, you should
delete that folder completely. If this makes your project not build, then
it will become evident where the reference to the bad framework is, and you
can then delete the reference from your project.
If you don't do this, i.e. find and delete the PPC-only copy, I suspect no
other WebKit framework you add to your project will make a difference.
