Dear List,

I am also keen to know about llvm on Mac OS X, since I have been struggling to get it link correctly with my Cocoa code.

I've read on ars technica (http://arstechnica.com/reviews/os/mac-os-x-10-5.ars/11 ) that Leopard uses llvm (http://llvm.org/), at least for OpenGL. This is a Good Thing(TM), at least for me, as I want to write a custom compiler pass to analyze huge piles of code I've gotten. Except... I can't find llvm on my system. 'locate llvm' doesn't return anything, and neither does spotlight. I'm assuming that XCode 3.0 puts it somewhere that I haven't thought to look at yet, but if someone already knows where it is (and if its name got changed), that would be handy.

Thanks,
