#if for current SDK...?

At the moment, I am building against the 10.4 SDK and thought it would
be a good idea to place things like:
#if <am I using the 10.5 SDK>
#error <a way the code can now be improved>
#endif
in the code so I can have the compiler keep track of various spots in
the code which can be improved when I start using the 10.5 SDK.
But, I am not sure what '<am I using the 10.5 SDK>' should be.
Now I've used the -dM function to see if I could find anything
obvious, but nothing is jumping out at me.
Anyone know the answer (assuming it is possible)?
