Xcode 2.5 frequent lockups

It seems as though XCode 2.5 is suffering from the lockup problem.

It always occurs when I try to debug my application. But I have noticed a very odd thing. I cannot get it to occur when the Console application is running.

I ran the Console app to see if anything was being printed from XCode. The lockups stopped. And as soon as I quit the Console application I get a lockup on the very next attempt to launch my application.

All I see in the console from XCode is this during startup:

11/2/07 3:54:41 PM Xcode[34545] WARNING: PWS Someone tried to re- register a project observer: 0x7e386f0

And this during quit:

11/2/07 3:55:56 PM Xcode[34545] *** -[NSRecursiveLock dealloc]: lock (<NSRecursiveLock: 0x25ac450> '(null)') deallocated while still in use
