Inserting a new line after the current line

One of my favourite Eclipse shortcuts is shift+Enter, which inserts a new line after the current line (and Ctrl+Shift+Enter, which inserts a new line before the current line).

I've been trying to figure out a way to make Xcode 3 do this, but there doesn't seem to be a suitable key binding available. Does anyone know if it is possible?

thanks,

Andrew
