Thanks Gouri for the help.
But my main problem is exactly situated in the point "Provide all the
info for the repository." I don't have any idea how this various
fields should be completed. It seems that all these fields are for a
remote SVN installation. In my case the SVN repository is local. URL,
Host, Port, User, Password are typically fields where I don't have any
idea how to configure.

Here are some steps:
- Bring up SCM Preferences by clicking SCM -> Configure SCM
Repositories... menu item.
- Click on the "+" button to add a new repository.
- Choose the appropriate SCM System in the popup and click OK.
- Provide all the info for the repository.
- If all the info is correctly provided then, you will get an
"Authenticated" message.
- Click Apply or OK to dismiss preferences.
- At this point Xcode recognizes that a repository is available, so
you will get an SCM -> Repositories menu item. Click on that to
access the repository of your choice.
- From the repository browser, you can import, checkout, move,
delete add folders projects etc.
- Once you checkout a project, you need to choose the repository in
the general tab of the project inspector.
This should get started. Let us know if you have more questions.
