It does display the property ID, and I guess you could always do a
define against it, but there also doesn't appear to be a way to access
columns outside the horizontal scroll area, without enlarging the
object, then returning it to the correct size!? The UI still seems
like a step backwards, unless again, I'm missing something.

Hey Claude -
It looks like IB 3.0 only lets you specify the property ID of the
column as an integer and not a four character code. Did you make
sure you selected the column, and not the list view? The top of the
inspector should read "List view Column Attributes" if the property
you're looking for isn't there, and was in Interface Builder 2.5,
then it would help if you filed a bug against Interface Builder. If
this proves to be a critical problem for you, you can use Interface
Builder 2.5 of Leopard with the Xcode 2.5 tools release.
Good Luck -

Trying to use the Interface Builder Inspector on a List View to
specify 4 char column ID's, column Titles, etc. It doesn't appear
to let you do that any longer. Not intuitive. Am I missing
something?
