XCode 3.0 Project Templates

In earlier versions of XCode, I put my custom SDL project templates in /Library/Application Support/Apple/Developer Tools/Project Templates/Application.

This no longer seems to work.

Is there a new location for Project Tmeplates - I found one goolge reference that indicates /Library/Xcode but that didn't seem to work...
