Build error on version 10.5

I currently have a software working on version 10.4 and I'd like to re-compile the program on 10.5, using XCode 3.0. But they were during the Cross-Develop process, I had the linking problem stating the following:
file not found: /System/Library/Frameworks/ApplicationServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/AE.Framework/Versions/A/AE
I'd like to know what happened? Thanks.
