Build problems.

I have been having a lot of unusual build issues lately. But the one I'm most concerned with at the moment...
I decided to change the name of my finished product in a project I started a while back. So in the targets I went in and changed the product name and also in the tab with the icon and pref info I changed the product name. I thought that was all I needed to do, but after tossing the build dir and rebuilding the project when I launch the app all I get is a message saying access denied. If I go in to the finder and double click I get the error telling me that the app is not built for my architecture even though I can clearly see ppc i386 in the target info... What have I done wrong??
