MainMenu.Nib doesn't open anymore in Xcode 3.0

| Dear all, I have upgraded to Xcode 3.0 with Leopard and now I cannot open anymore the MainMenu.Nib file of a Project previously created under Xcode 2.last version. When I try to open the MainMenu.nib file I get the following error message:
The document "MainMenu.nib" could not be opened. Could not verify document content.
The nib file is perfectly working, with another mac still running Xcode.last I can open it.
What is strange is that Xcode 3.0 cannot open the nib file, but process it because if I erase the "build" folder inside the program main folder and I give the "build and go" command the program is perfectly built again and works perfectly !
Anyone can help me to open the MainMenu.nib file under Xcode 3.0 ?
